The Miami Metromover is one of only three of its kind in the United States. The other two are in Detroit and Jacksonville. The Miami Metromover is considered the most successful example of a downtown automated people mover system, and the best part of it is that it’s absolutely free to riders. It provides a fast and easy way to travel within the greater downtown areas and adjacent Brickell, Park West and Omni neighborhoods.
