Photo of the Day: Brickell
Upscale high-rise office and residential towers line the waterfront side of Brickell along Brickell Avenue, from the Rickenbacker Causeway in the south to the mouth of the Miami River on the north. Brickell is one of the few areas in Miami where residents can easily get around by foot, bikes, or public transportation. .

Photo of the Day: City of Doral Government Center
Located in the heart of downtown Doral,
the City of Doral Government Center stands as a proud proclamation that Doral is
coming of age and a city on the rise. The massive downtown development project
includes a variety of shops, restaurants, office buildings, and residential
homes, as well as a new charter school and a three-acre public park.
According
to BusinessWeek, Doral is the Best City in Florida for Business Start-ups;
Forbes ranks Doral Second in America’s top 25 towns to live well for its
cultural amenities, pro-business environment, and highly educated workforce;
and US News & World Report ranks Doral the Third Best Place in the USA to
Retire.

Photo of the Day: The Pool at the InterContinental Downtown Miami
If you’re planning a trip to the city,
I highly recommend the InterContinental in Downtown. It’s centrally located
between Downtown Miami and Brickell, and adjacent to Bayfront Park. A brief
walk will get you to Bayside, AmericanAirlines Arena (home of the three-times NBA Champions Miami Heat),
Adrian Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, the Miami Art Museum, and the
Freedom Tower, just to name a few.
