This pier is located in Islamorada, in the Florida Keys. I felt the cloudy sky, along with the light and dark pillars on both sides of the pier, gave it a great setting for this black & white image (originally shot in color, and converted to b&w in post-processing.)

A storm approaches Key Biscayne. Just another typical summer afternoon in South Florida, but it sure beats shoveling winter snow any day of the week.
